This privacy policy applies to the MediPackages application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices and web, created by MediPackages (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

Important: Our advanced AI systems are designed to augment, not replace, clinical expertise. All outputs must be verified by qualified medical professionals against official guidelines. The Application does not render medical diagnoses or clinical directives.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

🚫 Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated data from within the Application settings or by emailing us.

User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact us at claimsure.packages@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed with a 90-day grace period.

👶 Children's Privacy
